As a certified mediator (No. 525, Mexico City Judicial Power), Paola has led conflict resolution processes in family, commercial, and mortgage disputes, and has contributed to the development of digital platforms for online dispute resolution. She is also an accomplished academic, author, and co-author of numerous publications on mediation, ADR, and legal technology, including works on smart contracts and the future of justice in the digital age.

Paola is a founding member of the World Association of Constitutional Justice and an active member of several professional legal and mediation associations. Fluent in English, Spanish, and with proficiency in French, she combines her legal expertise with a global perspective on law, technology, and conflict resolution.
