Michelle Holcomb

Michelle M. Holcomb is a Quality Operations leader with 30 years of progressive experience in the biological and pharmaceutical industries. She specializes in supporting FDA, USDA/APHIS, CFIA, EU, and Latin/South American regulated markets. Michelle has held leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, Merial (Sanofi), Pfizer, and Zoetis, where she managed quality systems, compliance, audits, supplier oversight, and global operations. She is trained in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen leadership, auditing, and corporate training, with a proven record of driving compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence across diverse teams and international markets. Michelle holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Food Science & Technology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
