Dr. Foday Justice Darboe is an expert in Security and Strategic Studies, with a focus on psychosocial trauma, psychological influence, and influence-based mediation. He brings extensive experience working in complex and high-risk environments.

Dr. Darboe holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies and an M.A. in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University. He earned a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University, specializing in the social psychology of conflict.
He serves as the President of the Oregon Peace Institute and is the Founder of PsyDynamics, a strategic consulting firm that specializes in psychological operations, narrative warfare, and behavioral influence.

His professional background includes extensive research and advisory work on Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration (DDR) programs for ex-combatants. Previously, Dr. Darboe trained U.S. Army Special Operations Civil Affairs units in community engagement and influence-based targeting.

With an interdisciplinary foundation that bridges social psychology, security studies, and information warfare, Dr. Darboe delivers evidence-based strategies for governments, corporations, and organizations operating in high-stakes environments.
